Having travelled abroad extensively, Swarup brings to the firm vast experience in quality residential, retail and commercial design, documentation and contract administration.

Interior Designer
Sheila Fung is our interior design specialist. She graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from La Salle College of St. Benilde.
She has worked on many commercial and residential projects both internationally and in Australia.
Sheila’s passion for interior design has been greatly influenced by her rich and varied life experiences which she believes translates into her designs and enables her to produce totally unique outcomes.

Draftsmen
Mark Pierson brings with him the creative spirit. His previous extensive knowledge having worked on musical productions such as Miss Saigon and the Lion King to name a few, have allowed Mark to maintain a high level of quality for all design, whilst also maintaining the quality and longevity of his designs.
His thirst for knowledge has also seen him gain a solid appreciation for architectural documentation, construction and planning development. He is our in-house resident ‘guru’ for tips and tricks when problem solving with ResCode and the BCA.

Her passion and enthusiasm for the industry ensures all her designs are unique and thoroughly thought out with the end emphasis on a quality outcome.

Draftsmen
Luke Campbell graduated from Otago Polytechnic as one of the highest achieving architectural students of 2010 with a diploma in architectural drafting and a national diploma in architectural technology.
During his studies he has worked closely with registered architect and experienced architectural technicians on a number of residential, medium and large scale commercial projects producing drawings, documentation, presentations and 3D modeling for a range of clientele.

To Whom It May Concern I have been running a financial service business. In addition, I have been supplementing my income and building my wealth through property development.

We are currently at the stage of waiting for application approval from
council and so far we have been very happy with Property Subdivision's
service. The biggest advantage with them I felt was also the biggest
